Co-FounderBecca Sparks, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in crisis intervention, behavioral threat assessment, and school safety. She spent more than a decade providing crisis services before leading Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) processes for a large Arkansas school district. Through CTM Consulting, she provides training and consultation on evidence-based threat assessment and management practices, helping multidisciplinary teams build effective prevention strategies and respond confidently to complex situations.
Bekah Coursey, LCSW, CT
Co-FounderBekah Coursey, LCSW, CT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Thanatologist with more than 14 years of experience working with youth, families, schools, and community agencies. Her professional background includes school-based mental health, crisis response, multidisciplinary collaboration, and behavioral threat assessment and management. Through CTM Consulting, she provides training and consultation focused on school safety, crisis response, and prevention-centered threat assessment practices. She is committed to helping organizations develop collaborative systems that improve safety while supporting the emotional well-being of students and staff.
